Welcome

This site gives you an overview of our research activities and provides you with other interesting information about relevant issues. Our research group at Ghent University, is concerned with several applications of Raman spectroscopy: the analysis of artwork, bacterial identification, fungal analysis and pharmaceutic applications.
In addition to these research projects, our group is also working on other smaller projects.

We are proud to announce the release of the Biodata toolbox for Matlab. This toolbox was developped to facilitate our research on biomaterials and provides a data management system for handling, processing, and plotting spectral data with common x-axes.

We are always interested in cooperation. So if you have any scientific question, advice, information or remark or if you want to discuss scientific results, please don't hesitate to contact us. If you are interested in our publications, we encourage you to use our Reprint Service, where you can ask your reprint on-line.
